The sale process at Al-Ahmadiya Dates Store and your purchase and use of the products available in this store are subject to the terms and conditions of use: Al-Ahmadiya Dates Store may choose to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain cases, for example if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product was priced incorrectly, or if the order is found to be fraudulent. Al-Ahmadiya Dates Store will refund the amount paid for orders that are not accepted or are canceled. First: Returns and exchanges 1 - All products sold (except refrigerated products) are returnable within three (3) days of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to the customer minus any fees (cancellation/ modification/ non-receipt) specified below, if any. The goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping to the store either by shipping or hand delivery in Riyadh city. Returned products must reach the store or be handed over to the shipping company within the above period. 2 - The refund amount will be transferred to the customer via bank transfer within 7 working days after the store receives the returned product, if the payment was by bank transfer. If payment was made via Mada or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within the period specified by the card issuer. Second: Fees for (cancellation/ modification/ non-receipt) of the order: The customer must send a request for modification or cancellation via the store’s WhatsApp at 0558445189. Since shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be imposed as follows: 1 - If the order was delivered to the shipping company before the cancellation request was received, or if the customer did not receive the order for reasons attributable to them, and the shipping company returned the shipment to our warehouse and charged fees for the shipment and return, these will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. 2 - If free shipping was provided, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the non-returned purchases is less than 399 riyals, the usual shipping fees based on the destination will be deducted from the refunded amount. 3 - These fees will not be imposed if the store was not charged by the shipping company. 4 - The customer acknowledges that if they choose cash on delivery and do not receive the order, the mentioned fees remain their responsibility, and they must transfer them to one of the store’s bank accounts.
